About the role
Senior Operations Professional — Personal Development Programmes Running marketing activity to build your own pipeline of enquiries for the company's personal development programmes, then owning it end to end using the organisation's systems. This would ideally suit someone looking to work remotely and have greater flexibility and autonomy as an independent contractor. Day to day: Run marketing activity using the systems and templates provided, applying your own commercial judgement to refine what performs Own your enquiry pipeline from first contact through to a decision Analyse conversion data and adjust your approach independently Take part in senior-level training and on-going development sessions Who it's for: 15+ years' experience in operations, process or service delivery at a senior level. Director, Head of Ops or equivalent; a strong track record building relationships at a senior level and owning a system end to end; used to a high degree of autonomy. A keen interest in personal development is helpful, and a desire to continue your own personal growth. Coachable and keen to learn. How the work happens: Remote, working autonomously with proven systems, templates and training provided. Independent contractor.
