From guiding patients through lens and frame selection to ensuring smooth patient flow in the optical shop, your work will make a daily impact. Typically, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an occasional Saturday. Enjoy true work-life balance while doing meaningful work every day
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of patient service in optical preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication and people skillsABO Certification a plus—we'll train and support you if you don't have it yet
  • A team player ready to grow in a patient-centered environment
What You'll Do:
  • Fit, adjust, and dispense eyeglasses
  • Educate patients on lens options and frame selection
  • Interpret prescriptions from ophthalmologists/optometrists
  • Maintain patient records and manage inventory
