Your Role:
Here’s what you will be doing:
Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support service delivery and operational efficiency
Analyze customer feedback and contribute to process improvements
Travel as needed to support operations, including response efforts during weather‑related or other high‑demand events
Assist local teams in maintaining operational continuity during peak periods
Support vehicle intake, processing, and documentation in accordance with company procedures
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, movement, and status using company systems
Ensure compliance with established quality, accuracy, and documentation standards
Assist with title processing and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable requirements
Maintain organized records and documentation for operational activities
Support audits and compliance‑related processes as needed
Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
Conduct and document required equipment inspections
Operate company equipment (e.g., forklifts, loaders) in accordance with training and safety standards
Support implementation of operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow established procedures and escalates issues as appropriate
Assist with daily facility operations to support efficiency and safety
Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet operational goals
Participate in meetings and training sessions as required

Valid driver’s license
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional or military leadership experience
