Overview
Temp Legal Executive Assistant (Contract)
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 2 days in-office)
Duration: 4+ months
Compensation: $50–$55/hour
LHH is working with a highly regarded global law firm is seeking a Temporary Legal Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a senior partner in a fast-paced, client-facing practice. This individual will act as the partner’s right hand—ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, priorities are managed effectively, and client service remains seamless.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced executive assistant who thrives in a professional services environment and enjoys working in a dynamic, detail-driven role.
Responsibilities
Manage a complex calendar with extensive domestic and international scheduling
Coordinate travel arrangements, including logistics and itineraries
Monitor and manage email communications; draft and respond as needed
Track client leads, relationships, and follow-ups from conferences and events
Assist with new client intake, engagement letters, and conflicts checks
Support billing processes, including time entry, invoices, expense reports, and AR follow-up
Serve as a liaison with clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism
Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence
Assist with marketing initiatives, client development materials, and special projects
Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and priorities are consistently met
Qualifications
5+ years of administrative experience, including 3+ years supporting senior executives (C-level or equivalent)
Prior law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace
Collaborative, fast-paced professional setting
Direct support to a senior partner with a busy, high-profile practice
