About the role
EA/PA to Chairman - Miami - $175k-$225k (DOE)Prominent family office Chairman is seeking a sophisticated EA/PA to provide comprehensive business and personal support. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role for an experienced assistant who leads with confidence and empathy, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Day-to-day duties will involve: Managing a highly complex, constantly shifting calendar Booking global travel logistics (working closely with pilot of personal plane)Organizing and processing expense reports Handling a high volume of meeting requests and invitations Serving as the keeper of the executive's extensive network of relationships and maintaining current contact info Supporting PR, communications, and IT needs as they relate to the executive Coordinating personal appointments, working with household staff/vendors, and running errands Planning high profile events and managing gifting Given the nature of the work, this is a 24/7 on-call position. This EA/PA will have a fluid schedule and work from the executive's Miami home and remotely (and an office in the foreseeable future).The ideal candidate will have high EQ and excellent judgment, and be equally comfortable dealing with CEOs/senior leaders as well as household vendors. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience supporting a high-profile/HNW individual, ideally within financial services, and be both based in and very familiar with the Miami area.
