About the role
Managing daily operations and analysis, the full-time remote Deposit Operations Analyst will execute and improve Deposit Operations functions, perform trend analysis, and provide Tier II support while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the end-to-end processing of daily operational functions, including monitoring queues, resolving exceptions, and ensuring adherence to procedures
Deliver Tier II phone support by troubleshooting issues, analyzing support trends, and recommending improvements to reduce recurring problems
Assess risk trends and control effectiveness, providing analytical support for escalations and participating in service and process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of bank operations experience required; 5+ years preferred
Prior item/check/payment processing experience preferred
National Check Professional (NCP) accreditation preferred
Strong working knowledge of applicable regulations and accounting concepts preferred
