About the role
- Automated System Design: Design and integrate complex electromechanical systems, robotic fluid-spray systems, and industrial fluid recycling/reclamation machinery.
- Control & Programming: Develop and program HMI controls and PLC-driven electronics packages (e.g., ourPro-Mix and Spra-Rite Beta platforms) to manage critical process variables.
- Robotics Integration: Work directly with FANUC robotic hardware to configure, program, and run 3D roboticsimulations for automated lubrication applications.
- Fluid Dynamics Integration: Design layouts for pneumatic systems, valves, injectors, manifolds, andhigh/low-pressure pumps handling varying fluid viscosities.
- Prototyping & Field Testing: Build physical prototypes, execute internal test plans, perform electrical/mechanicaltroubleshooting, and ensure proper field performance.
- Documentation & BOMs: Generate robust engineering drawings, schematics, standard operating procedures, andcomprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a matching technical discipline.
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on industrial experience involving automation systems, machine design, or systemsintegration.
- Controls & PLC Programming: Experience programming industrial controllers and configuring touch-screen HMIs(such as Rockwell/Allen-Bradley or Siemens).
- 3D CAD Software: Highly proficient in utilizing 3D CAD modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor)for mechanical layout design.
- Hardware Fundamentals: Strong understanding of industrial components, including sensors, actuators, servomotors, solenoid valves, and manifolds.
- Background working directly with FANUC robot arms or software environments.
- Experience working within metalworking or heavy-manufacturing environments (e.g., Die Casting, Metal Stamping, Forging, Foundry).
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, CAN bus).
- Healthcare & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with flexible provider options.
- Retirement Security: 401(k) retirement plan with a competitive company matching contribution.
- Paid Time Off: Generous paid vacation days, personal time, and paid company holidays.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
