About the role

Rockefeller Capital Management seeks a Senior Bill Pay Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of ~10–15 UHNW client relationships, coordinating with Private Advisors to ensure timely bill pay, accurate reconciliations, and high-quality reporting. You will lead onboarding, work with external vendors, and maintain books and records while delivering exceptional service and guidance on bill pay best practices.
