About the role
To support the Trust & Safety team, the full-time Florida Licensed Trust & Safety Specialist will manage escalations, enforce policies, and identify risks while working remotely and being available for nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the VP of Trust & Safety to develop and improve policies and operational playbooks
Represent Trust & Safety in stakeholder meetings to communicate program priorities and advance initiatives
Resolve escalated cases with professionalism and empathy while managing a high-volume case queue
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Highly organized with a proven ability to execute projects from start to finish
Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills for making difficult decisions
Self-motivated and highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills
Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
