Processing Competencies: Rack, De-Rack, Etch, Chem Film, Anodize (Type I, II, III, 1C)oInspection Competencies: Thickness gage, Micrometer (ID, OD), Bore gage, and Caliper Follow all safety policies and procedures Receiving Inspection: Count, Visual Inspection, Completion of Previous Operations, etc. Maintain a clean and organized department (daily)Process parts in accordance with customer requirements, procedures, work instructions, and job traveler with a high level of quality to achieve part conformity Complete orders in accordance with the production schedule Complete all necessary processing paperwork with accuracy Ensure 100% quality and on-time delivery for customer orders Perform in-process inspections Participate in corrective actions and support troubleshooting of discrepancies Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Work overtime/ weekends as needed to support customer needs REQUIRED SKILLS:oAbility to read and write Englisho Legible handwritingo Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneouslyo Basic sketch and blueprint reading skillso Use inspection equipment (calipers, micrometer, mechanical gages, x-ray, and thickness gages)oDetail-orientedo Team playero Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance and punctualityo Must be able to work independently with little supervision after completion of the training periodo Basic understanding of Lean skills and efficiency methodso Excellent communication skillso Basic computer skillso Basic mathematical skills REQUIRED SKILLS:oBilingual (English/Spanish) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:oAbility to stand and/or walk on your feet for extended periods of timeo Must pass a drug test and criminal background checko Ability to lift and move 50 pounds without mechanical assistance EDUCATION / WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:oOn-the-job training\nCompany
