Cedar is seeking an experienced Commercial & Development Paralegal to support the Legal team on data center and digital infrastructure projects in Arlington. You will assist with leases, development and vendor contracts, due diligence, and closing activities from start to finish. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of paralegal experience in sophisticated real estate, corporate, or financing matters, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams closely with attorneys
