About the role
Sales And Marketing Manager Informs, inspires, educates, and engages our Authorized Dealer's/Prospects/Industry Professionals via a unique array of sales, marketing and training programs.
Your Responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve or exceed annual sales budgets, revenue targets, and business objectives. A majority focus on our Floor Care. Manage the full account lifecycle, including order management, accounting and billing coordination, logistics, service-related needs, and issue resolution. Balance remote account management with face-to-face customer engagement and territory travel. The role is generally approximately 50% home office and 50% field-based, with the mix fluctuating based on seasonality and business needs. Manage Existing Dealers to use the Sales Tools and Programs available to them to increase Sales Volumes in the region Open up New Business through Traditional Distribution and through the Trade Partner Program Increase Branding through consistent Territory Marketing and Dealer Gallery Displays Participate in the overall experience at our Galleries What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Good time management Computer literate w/ Microsoft Office package Valid driver's license is required This position will require travel within the area covered The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $105,000 annually plus bonus. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors that will be considered when extending an offer include but are not limited to education experience, relevant skills, and alignment with market data.
