About the role

Fence & Deck Sales RepJoin Valley Wide Springville's sales team to serve customers, craft estimates and orders, manage appointments and light project work, and represent us at home shows. Full-time MF 85, some weekends, benefits, 401(k), company car. Valley Wide Springville is hiring a Sales Representative who blends customer care with disciplined follow-through. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects and customers, guiding them through estimates, order creation, and scheduling. You'll manage a steady appointment pipeline, coordinate basic project details, and pitch in on collections with tact and professionalism. Expect a mix of phone, in-person, and event-based work (home shows as needed). This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who is collaborative, self-driven, and serious about great service. Schedule & Perks: Full-time, MondayFriday, 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m., with some weekends for home shows. Full benefits, 401(k), and a company car for work use.
Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Proven customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Experience with estimating and order entry (we'll train on our process)
  • Basic project coordination (scheduling, follow-ups, status updates)CRM proficiency and solid attention to detail with documentation
  • Reliable time management; meets deadlines and follows through
  • Valid driver's license; comfortable driving a company vehicle
  • Willingness to work selected weekends for home shows
