POSITION OVERVIEW: This role sits within the Digital Technology and healthcare engagement department, reporting directly to the Director of Product Engineering, and is designed to solve critical interoperability, data exchange, and platform integration bottlenecks for the client's Health 100 ecosystem. The analyst will bridge clinical requirements with technical implementation, ensuring secure and compliant data workflows across modern FHIR-based APIs and legacy systems.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead data mapping initiatives, defining transformational rules for C-CDA to FHIR, HL7 v 2/v 3 to FHIR, and proprietary clinical formats• Ensure strict adherence to HL7 FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR standards for real-time patient data ingestion and cost transparency workflows• Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements while conducting gap analysis between legacy EHRs, claims systems, and modern APIs• Oversee data governance and privacy compliance frameworks including HIPAA, TEFCA, and the CARIN Code of Conduct• Collaborate with data engineering and cloud architects utilizing Google Cloud technologies to design real-time clinical workflows and execute end-to-end UATBENEFITSMedical | Dental | Vision | 401(k)EEOC Compliance: We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment.
