About the role

Valle del Sol is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist in Phoenix, AZ to be the first point of contact for patients, partners, and referral sources. You will help schedule appointments, manage referrals, and support access to primary care, behavioral health, and psychiatry services. Your role includes handling inbound calls, providing service information, documenting interactions in the EHR, and assisting with translation when bilingual skills are available.
