YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
MORTGAGE PROCESSING SPECIALISTAs a Mortgage Loan Processor, you'll play a key role in the early and middle stages of the mortgage loan process. You'll manage a pipeline of mortgage loan files, ensuring each one is complete, accurate, and moving forward on time. You'll work closely with borrowers, Loan Officers, and third parties to gather documentation, resolve issues, and prepare files for underwritingall while keeping the process efficient and on track. WHAT YOU'LL DOManage the Mortgage Loan Pipeline Independently manage a full pipeline of mortgage loan files from application through clear-to-close Process and evaluate mortgage applications within required timeframes Ensure all documentation meets FHA, VA, and conventional mortgage guidelines Keep Loans Moving Communicate proactively with borrowers, Loan Officers, and third parties to resolve issues and protect closing timelines Identify missing documentation and follow up to keep loans progressing Submit complete loan files to underwriting for approval Ensure Accuracy & Compliance Review and verify borrower documentation, including income, assets, liabilities, and employment Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant loan files Obtain and clear underwriting conditions to prepare files for closingWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FITYou'll be successful in this role if you bring a strong mix of attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Experience in mortgage processing or lending preferredWHY SECURITY NATIONAL BANK?Because the work you do helps keep the path to homeownership moving.
