About the role
CCS Construction Staffingis seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendentfor adirect-hire role. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader who can managelarge commercial projectsincludingschools, hospitals, data centers, and other high-profile facilities. The role requires proven experience overseeing50+ field workersand managing all aspects of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate large electrical construction projects from start to finish.
Manage and supervise a team of 50+ field personnel, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
Plan, schedule, and monitor work activities, material orders, and resource allocation.
Communicate and coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance regulations.
Oversee project documentation, daily reports, and progress tracking.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as anElectrical Superintendenton large-scale commercial projects.
- Experience managing50+ field personnel ; not for candidates who have only led small crews (5-15).Strong project management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients, GCs, and team members.
- Ability to oversee work scope, material procurement, and coordination of multiple trades.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make critical decisions on-site.
