About the role
Abode Services seeks an Associate Project Manager, Real Estate Development in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will support the Project Manager by coordinating vendors, consultants, and general contractors on multi-family affordable housing projects. The role covers design, entitlements, financing, construction, lease-up and operations transition, with emphasis on the owner/developer perspective. Strong real estate finance knowledge is required.
