About the role
Leading executive relationships for top enterprise clients, the full-time Strategic Client Manager will leverage expertise in revenue cycle management to enhance operational and financial performance, advance EHR adoption, and ensure client satisfaction in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement client success plans focused on retention, satisfaction, and growth objectives
Measure client satisfaction and engagement through structured feedback and performance indicators
Lead cross-functional teams to diagnose client performance challenges and establish corrective action plans
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (preferred)
At least 7 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, including 3 years in client-facing roles
Demonstrated success in improving healthcare revenue cycle performance and client satisfaction
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to advise and influence healthcare executives
Proven ability to analyze revenue cycle performance trends and present actionable recovery plans
