Seam Sealer Operator – 1st Shift | $16.00/hrWe're hiring a Seam Sealer Operator for a growing production team in Asheville, NC. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys hands-on work. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do:
- Operate seam sealing equipment following all quality and safety procedures
- Ensure seams are properly sealed with no puckers or defects
- Make repairs as needed or directed by supervisors
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate any issues with product or equipment
- Assist team members as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
- Comfortable using hands and upper body strength to handle materials
- Team player who can also work independently
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Preferred:
- Previous manufacturing experience (not required)
