About the role

Talentify is seeking a Lead QA Engineer for the AI Team in Chicago. You will head a small QA group, drive automation with Playwright, and partner with DevOps and Product to ensure quality in a CI/CD workflow. You will engage in performance/load testing, scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript/Python, and push for early testing throughout the software lifecycle in a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
