Sales And Marketing Specialist - Consumer Goods Brand - Miami, FL R2 are partnered with a growing consumer goods company who are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join the team. Their mission is to help customers reach their full potential through thoughtfully designed products and exceptional service. With a strong presence across retail, wholesale, distribution, and direct-to-consumer channels, they are looking for an energetic and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Specialist to help expand their customer base, strengthen existing partnerships, and support their marketing initiatives.
About the Role: This is a full-time position serving customers and business partners across the local market. This person will play an important role in developing new business, managing existing accounts, and representing the brand to retailers, distributors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts, distributors, and other partners. Identify and pursue new leads through prospecting, outreach, networking, and referrals. Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, product presentations, and follow-up activities. Present product features, benefits, and brand positioning to prospective and existing customers. Manage customer inquiries, quotes, orders, and ongoing account communication. Support customers and retail partners with product knowledge, training, and merchandising guidance. Monitor sales activity, account performance, and customer feedback. Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, product launches, and brand initiatives. Represent the company at trade shows, sporting events, industry events, and other promotional activities. Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Work closely with internal teams to coordinate orders, resolve customer issues, and improve the overall customer experience. Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales reporting systems. Who's the right person for the role? Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or sales and marketing. Experience in apparel, sportswear, fitness, consumer products, retail, or a related industry is preferred. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, identify opportunities, and convert prospects into customers. Confident presenting products and explaining features and benefits to customers and business partners. Strong customer service skills and a professional, solutions-oriented approach. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team. Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
