About the role
To support a growing Sales Development organization, the full-time Sales Operations Manager will lead strategic design, process governance, and technical enablement to maximize pipeline generation and sales efficiency in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Design and execute capacity models, target allocations, and quota-setting frameworks for the global pipeline generation team
Establish robust system tracking for the customer lifecycle and optimize automated routing frameworks within Salesforce
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and sales efforts, ensuring effective feedback loops regarding lead quality and campaign performance
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy, with expertise in sales development functions
Deep hands-on experience in territory carving, capacity modeling, and process governance
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and workflow mechanics
Experience with business intelligence platforms and data-driven enablement tools
Proven capability to translate complex pipeline data into actionable insights for senior executives
