Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Originator. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, guiding clients through the mortgage application process, and collaborating with underwriters to ensure loan approvals. Daily tasks include client consultations, evaluating financial information, and ensuring compliance with all lending regulations. The role requires consistent communication with clients to provide updates and offer personalized mortgage solutions.
Qualifications: Experience in Loan Origination, Mortgage Lending, and Underwriting Proficiency in Loans and Finance Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Knowledge of mortgage products and lending regulations Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
