About the role

Parameter builds AI agents that perform autonomous security testing and deliver findings that engineers and CISOs can act on. You will own how Parameter looks and works across its web app, reports, marketing site, and brand. As the first designer, you’ll shape the product experience end-to-end—from engagement scoping to remediation workflows—while collaborating across product and customers. This onsite SF role emphasizes clarity, trust, and practical design decisions.
