About the role
L3 Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, HR Business Partner (Labor Relations) to drive strategies around CBAs, contract administration, and proactive employee relations at the Camden, NJ site. The role serves as chief negotiator for select CBAs and supports grievance/arbitration processes within a fast-paced defense tech environment.
The incumbent will mentor ELR partners, analyze trends, and collaborate with HRBPs to align labor objectives with business priorities while ensuring compliance
