About the role
Marketing DirectorJettribe Texas is looking for a Marketing Director for their Sulphur Springs office. Hours are part time 25-30 hours per week to start, with more hours available as programs develop in the near future.The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, analytics, and lifestyle brands. They will have a deep understanding of the industry and strive to maintain goals. The candidate must be a balanced longer-term strategic thinker who can accurately communicate marketing direction to management. The candidate will be part of a team that believes in working fast, being accountable, and evolving the brand forward. This role will be responsible for growing and optimizing product knowledge and customer sales to our existing global network.Job Responsibilities:Creating and maintaining a monthly and weekly marketing plan and schedule.Social media content creation. Experience in FB, IG, LinkedIn and Pinterest preferred.Create and Execute best-in-class marketing campaigns, both paid and organic.Work with the Brand Manager to create and implement brand awareness through scalable community outreach by building ambassador programs, influencer marketing, Press Releases and water sport events.Product marketing awareness for B2B, B2C, ecommerce platform, mass retailer, and OEM sales.Amazon FBA management, daily advertising analytic adjustments and scalability.Planning, strategizing, and executing successful SEO campaigns & efforts while meeting goals and budget.Be able to understand, review, audit, analyze all SEO and Sales metrics/reports and provide analysis, improvement/solutions to continuously win the market through excellent lead flowEmail marketing and post sales event analytics.Blog writing and press release relationships with local print media, industry publications, and online video podcasts.Comfort and experience with various analytics tools for managing both individual campaigns and overall website and social media performance.Updating product back-end in BigCommerce. Experience or comfort with general back end site management is a plus.Work regularly with partners in video, photography, production, design, and operations to coordinate sales infographics and catalog with photography for current and future trends, hashtags, etc.Passionate about lifestyle brands and power sports.Someone who is excellent at managing custom projects from start to end.Someone with experience in pushing every aspect of the work to get the very best out of the process – leaving no stone unturned.Keep up to date on industry trends, lifestyle, culture, identity, growth, demographics, and changing regulations affecting power sport segments and market activity.Qualifications:Associate degree preferred or equivalence of 4+ years of experience in marketing.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel specifically) and computer skills.Proficient in Canva, Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.Amazon Sales Experience RequiredAbility to work with \"Monday.com\" workspace.Ability to efficiently multitask and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.Ability to work independently and take initiative without immediate supervision.Highly developed communication and grammar skills, both written and verbal.Deep understanding of overseas cultures in Asia, Middle East, and Europe.
