What You’ll Do:
Teach core elementary subjects including reading, writing, and math Deliver and elevate our hands-on, project-based curriculum Provide small-group and individualized instruction to meet diverse learning needs Foster a classroom culture that is structured, joyful, and supportive Maintain high standards for academic excellence and student growth Communicate consistently and professionally with parents about progress and development Collaborate closely with fellow educators and leadership
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Education (required)Confidence teaching across all core elementary subjects Experience with project-based or experiential learning (strongly preferred)Strong classroom management skills Excellent communication and organizationA creative, student-centered mindset Details
Location: Coral Gables, FL
Schedule: Full-time, in-person
