About the role

A First Name Basis Home Care is seeking a high-impact Recruiting Leader to drive our fast-growing home-care staffing machine out of Plano. You’ll recruit for 50+ locations, manage a team of 12 recruiters, and shape recruitment funnels, cadences, and onboarding to hire caregivers quickly and at scale. This role is hands-on and metrics-driven, with travel to branches and Cebu. You’ll coach others, own tooling and automation initiatives, and ensure we hire top talent who stay long-term.
