Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Officer to staff a construction site in Discovery Bay, CA. This position is scheduled every Sunday from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM and requires a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality. This is a single-site, long-term assignment with no backup coverage, making reliability an essential requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible and professional security presence
Monitor and control access to the construction site
Conduct regular patrols using a personal vehicle on site
Observe, document, and report suspicious or unauthorized activity
Communicate effectively with supervisors and site contacts
Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid California Guard Card (required)
Reliable personal vehicle to be used for on-site patrols
Ability to commit to every scheduled Sunday shift
Strong punctuality, dependability, and professionalism
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Must meet all applicable California security officer licensing and employment requirements
Training Requirements
Brief paid training session required during the week prior to the first scheduled shift
