Overview:
The practice focuses on sophisticated M&A transactions across all major asset classes in the energy and infrastructure sector, including renewables, power generation, oil & gas, energy transition, energy tech, infrastructure, and data centers.
The Orrick Energy & Infrastructure M&A team advises market-leading clients on high-impact acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate transactions within the energy and infrastructure sector.
The team is experiencing significant and increasing deal flow, prompting its current growth initiatives.
Beyond transactional work, associates assist the team by helping to organize and run training sessions, develop pitches, and enhance processes for data collection and technology utilization.
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience specifically focusing on M&A transactions.
