Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Residential Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems (water, drain, sewer, gas)
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Repair or replace fixtures, pipes, valves, water heaters, and appliances
- Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams
- Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repairs and recommendations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles
- Complete job documentation accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- Valid plumbing license or ability to obtain one (as required by state/local regulations)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Experience with drain cleaning and sewer line repairs
- Knowledge of local plumbing codesHVAC or gas line experience a plus
- Carpentry experience a plus
