About the role
RVA Edge is a growing sales and marketing firm focused on creating meaningful customer connections through in-person engagement. We work with nationally recognized clients to support their marketing initiatives and connect their products and services with customers in retail environments. We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Trainee who enjoys setting goals, working with people, and being part of a collaborative team. This full-time, on-site opportunity is a great fit for individuals with a competitive or team-oriented background who want to turn those skills into professional experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent client brands through face-to-face customer engagement
- Learn about products, services, and promotions and communicate them effectively
- Create positive customer interactions while supporting campaign objectives
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
- Develop practical skills in communication, marketing, sales, and customer relations
- Who We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to take on new challenges
- Team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Competitive, hospitality, retail, or team-based experience is a plus
- Previous marketing or sales experience is helpful but not required
