About the role
- Develop media measurement and analysis strategies within a broader communications framework.
- Design and implement comprehensive measurement strategies to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Define KPIs, establish benchmarks, and set success targets.
- Understand the privacy landscape and its impact on media targeting and reporting.
- Collaborate with senior media leadership to enhance the organization's media practice.
- Translate audience insights into media strategies and communicate impact to stakeholders
- Presentation & Communication SkillsCreate ongoing reports with a storytelling approach for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support training of internal teams on media analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Communications, Product, and Research teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and media/system vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or related field preferred 10+ years of media/marketing measurement strategy and analytics leadership, 3+ years with Fortune 500 advertisers 6+ years directly managing team members and/or external agencies
- Expert experience with major analytics and tracking platforms
- Strong project management and business writing skills
- Comfort with budget management and tracking
