About the role

NEOTech in Westborough, MA seeks a Quality Control Technician to collaborate with Operations, Quality and Engineering on improving quality while ensuring compliance. You will inspect PCBA and electro‑mechanical assemblies to drawings and IPC standards, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions from defect investigation to documentation. Role requires a High School diploma and 2–4 years in electronics manufacturing with IPC 600/610 experience; IPC 620 and ISO 13485 familiarity is a plus.
