The CSO will be responsible for setting and executing a unified security strategy that encompasses enterprise information security, product and infrastructure security, physical and site security, and executive protection.
This is a hands-on, technologist's position, and the ideal candidate will have a dual background in infrastructure and cyber leadership, with a proven track record of leading both security and technology organizations. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of security operations, incident response, and the ability to navigate the complexities of a global, multi-brand enterprise.
Key responsibilities for the CSO include leading cyber operations, both offensive and defensive, and owning the security architecture across various environments. The successful candidate will also be tasked with defining and executing the company's point of view on AI in security, as well as managing third-party and supply chain security risks.
The CSO will be expected to have a strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate effectively with the Board, executive leadership, and major customers. A background in manufacturing, device, or product security, particularly in connected and OT environments, is preferred. The role requires a leader who can drive a culture of security awareness and is adept at building and leading a global security team.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
