We are currently hiring on behalf of our clients for the following position: Position: Capital Market Analyst
Location: Dallas or Tampa, FL (Remote)

Experience: 3+We’re looking for a Capital Markets Analyst or Senior-level professional with strong Business-Purpose Lending (BPL) experience and exposure to DSCR and investor-purpose lending.
What You’ll Do: Prescreen DSCR loans and support pricing decisions based on investor guidelines. Manage loan locking and the end-to-end loan sale process from commitment through delivery. Build and maintain investor relationships and negotiate sale agreements. Support pricing frameworks, product strategy, and program scalability. Monitor pipeline performance, fallout, and risk indicators. Provide market and investor feedback to leadership.
Key Lending Experience: DSCRFix & Flip Ground-Up Construction Bridge LendingRTL (Residential Transition Loans)Secondary Market / Loan Sale Execution
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related analytical field.2–5+ years in capital markets, private lending, warehouse lending, structured finance, or mortgage banking. Strong understanding of DSCR underwriting, collateral, credit, and risk pricing. Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills. Established investor network is highly valuable for senior-level candidates.
