Werfen is seeking a Senior Manager, Reagent & Assay Development to lead a team of scientists through concept to commercialization of immunohematology IVD reagents and assays. The role manages cross-functional development, regulatory compliance, and product lifecycle from feasibility to manufacturing transfer. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in immunohematology with 5+ years of leadership and a track record in regulated IVD environments, including commercialization experience
