About the Opportunity: A well-established professional services organization is seeking a Temporary Administrative Floater / Receptionist to provide immediate support at its Downtown Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys being the go-to person in the office and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, highly organized, and comfortable supporting a variety of administrative functions while serving as the first point of contact for visitors and employees.
Key Responsibilities: Provide front desk and lobby coverage, greeting visitors and directing guests appropriately Answer and route incoming phone calls and manage general email inquiries Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics Assist with calendar management and administrative support tasks Process visitor access requests, badges, and onboarding-related activities Coordinate lunch orders and office hospitality needs Maintain filing systems and organize administrative records Assist with basic office operations and facilities coordination Support equipment distribution, inventory tracking, and basic IT coordination Provide general administrative assistance across multiple departments as needed Serve as a flexible resource, stepping in wherever support is required
Qualifications: Previous administrative, receptionist, office coordinator, or executive support experience Professional and polished communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable interacting with executives, employees, clients, and visitors Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Dependable, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first approach
Preferred Experience: Corporate office environment experience Front desk or reception experience Experience coordinating meetings, visitor management, and office operations Exposure to onboarding, facilities, or office services functions
