This is a high-impact opportunity to lead analytics initiatives focused on healthcare claims, payment integrity, and regulatory reporting. You will act as a subject matter expert across claims payment analytics, helping business stakeholders identify payment leakage, recovery opportunities, and operational improvements while contributing to the evolution of AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Their analytics teams work closely with payment integrity, claims, and business operations functions to deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions. This engagement offers significant visibility and the opportunity to influence future-state analytics architecture. The Role and Deliverables Lead the design and delivery of payment integrity analytics, claims payment reporting, and recovery performance dashboards. Analyze healthcare claims and payment data to identify overpayments, underpayments, payment leakage, billing anomalies, and recovery opportunities. Partner with senior business stakeholders to define reporting strategies, payment integrity metrics, and operational KPIs. Develop scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Power BI, and Databricks. Support regulatory, compliance, and audit reporting initiatives across claims and payment operations. Contribute to AI-enabled analytics capabilities, including natural language query and semantic search solutions.
Your Skills & Experience: Deep expertise working with U.S. health plan claims and payment data. Strong experience within payment integrity, claims recovery, payment accuracy, fraud, waste and abuse, or healthcare cost containment analytics. Advanced Power BI and SQL development capability. Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and modern cloud analytics environments. Ability to translate complex healthcare payment processes into scalable analytics products. Experience working directly with business leaders and operational stakeholders. Understanding of regulatory reporting, compliance analytics, and healthcare operations. Experience supporting governed data products, semantic models, and enterprise reporting environments.
