Production Assistant
Pay: $18.75- $22.00 per hour
Position Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for assisting with assembly, packaging, quality checks, and material handling while ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with product assembly and production processes Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment Perform visual quality inspections and report defects Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Operate basic production equipment and tools Move materials and supplies throughout the production area Support inventory counts and material replenishment as needed Complete production documentation accurately Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
