About the role
- Develop new commercial business through networking, prospecting, referrals, industry relationships, and face-to-face meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property and facility decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities within existing and prospective accounts and turn relationships into revenue.
- Meet with Facility Managers, Chief Engineers, Property Managers, Operations Directors, and other senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a strong commercial pipeline and consistently pursue new opportunities.
- Attend networking events, industry associations, property meetings, and other business development opportunities.
- Partner with operations and project teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Act as a trusted resource for clients and identify opportunities to provide additional services.
- Manage the sales process from initial prospecting through relationship development, proposal, and close.
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and account information in CRM.Represent the company professionally within the local business community.

- Building services / maintenance
- Healthcare or education facilities
- Experience selling directly to Facility Managers, Chief Engineers, Property Managers, Operations leaders, or C-suite decision-makers is highly valued.
