About the role
- Monitor product yield and key device performance attributes to maintain customer commits while ensuring device health.
- Strong data analysis skills to drive root cause for parametric shifts or issues.
- Analyze Power Device electrical tests to feedback deviations to relevant stakeholders
- Drive problem solving across multiple teams (i.e. process, flows, product).Respond to deviations in our product lines and customer concerns and drive to root cause.
- Works with planning to align on yield roadmap and Input start requirements
- Develop solutions to problems utilizing structured problem-solving tools.
- Prevent quality excursions, monitor process performance, and compile and analyze data to detect any process or product anomalies
- This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):BS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Equivalent. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 year's experience with a BS or 3 year's experience with a Masters.
- Understanding of semiconductor processes and device physics.
- Experience in semiconductor die level test/final test
- Proven track record of technical leadership
- Experience in design of experiments, statistical analysis, and process control, including a passion for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
