Job Summary: The Business Solutions Administrator supports the administration, maintenance, and optimization of core financial systems. This position works closely with business teams and stakeholders to identify needs, improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective system solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to research, document, and communicate technical and business information clearly.
Responsibilities: Administer and support core financial applications to ensure system stability, accuracy, and effective performance. Work with internal teams to understand business needs and develop practical system and process solutions. Support deposit-related business specifications and banking system functionality. Create, maintain, and analyze Business Intelligence reports. Research system issues, business processes, and banking requirements and document findings and solutions. Monitor data accuracy, system integrity, and overall user experience. Assist with system enhancements, process improvements, testing, and implementation activities. Coordinate projects and work with stakeholders to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Identify and resolve system and operational issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Maintain documentation related to system functionality, processes, procedures, and business requirements. Ensure system processes align with applicable financial regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.2+ years of experience administering core banking or financial applications, including experience with deposit business specifications. Experience writing Business Intelligence reports. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed research and maintain thorough documentation. Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience working with financial software and core banking systems.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Project management experience. Experience with deposit or loan banking operations.
