Experience in consumer product strategy, operations, and leading projects with multiple stakeholders is essential. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a minimum of 15 years in a relevant field. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in providing objective decision support, influencing key stakeholders, and managing cross-functional programs.
