WE ARE HIRING – AI APPLICATIONS DEVELOPER (SENIOR/LEAD)
📍 Location:
Phoenix, AZ 85007📅 Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid – Onsite once a week or as needed🎯 Interview: In-Person📌 Local Candidates Only
Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and Generative AI.Expertise in Python, SQL, and C# (.NET).Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Google Cloud/Vertex AI, and Gemini.
Strong knowledge of RAG architecture, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
Experience building AI agents, fine-tuning models, and developing custom AI solutions.
Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, and MLOps.
Experience with Azure AI Content Safety and AI guardrails.
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and Agile methodologies.
Important Requirements:

Must be eligible for full-time conversion.
