About the role
Carylon Corporation is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Compliance Director to lead and continuously improve the company’s enterprise-wide health and safety program. The Director will establish safety strategies, policies, standards, training, reporting, and performance expectations while leading EHST & Compliance Managers.
This role partners with Operations to integrate safety into business decisions, ensuring regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and driving consistent safety practices
