About the role
Responsibilities:
Lead all plant operations and production personnel. Drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and monitor operational goals, KPIs, and performance metrics. Partner with leadership to execute business and growth strategies. Coordinate cross-functional activities including manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance. Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and plant employees. Ensure product quality standards and customer requirements are consistently met. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with progressive responsibility. Proven success leading teams in a production environment. Strong background in operations management, process improvement, and employee development. Experience driving productivity, profitability, and organizational growth. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
