Job Description:
The Anodize Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day shift operations of the anodizing production line, managing a team of 5-10 employees. This role involves hands-on maintenance coordination, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing anodizing processes such as Type II (Sulfuric Acid), Chromate Conversion, and Passivation to meet quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the anodize production line
Supervise and coordinate a team of 5-10 employees on the day shift
Ensure quality control standards are consistently met
Schedule production activities to optimize workflow and meet targets
Maintain safety compliance across all line activities
Perform and coordinate hands-on equipment maintenance
Titrate tanks to ensure proper chemistry.
Optimize anodizing processes for efficiency and quality improvements
Coordinate and deliver training to team members Required Qualifications
Experience with anodizing processes, including Type II (Sulfuric Acid), Chromate Conversion, and Passivation
Proven production line management skills
Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance
Strong team leadership capabilities
Effective communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in anodizing or manufacturing supervision
High School Diploma or equivalent
