About the role
Delasport is seeking a Head of Games R&D to lead research and development of innovative gaming solutions and technologies. You will shape the R&D roadmap, mentor teams, and collaborate with product and engineering to push cutting-edge gaming capabilities.
Based in Malta, you will drive advanced projects across platforms, evaluate emerging tech, and ensure delivery of high-impact prototypes. Excellent leadership and strategic thinking are essential.
